The campaign said that Schultz has a winning track record in the state of Iowa, previously serving as Co-Chair for the victorious Iowa Caucus campaigns of U.S. Senator Ted Cruz (2016 Iowa Caucus winner) and former U.S. Senator Rick Santorum (2021 Iowa Caucus winner).

“Vivek Ramaswamy is exactly what America needs right now: a political outsider who will lead a national revival.  Our country’s best days are ahead of us with Vivek Ramaswamy as our next Commander in Chief,” said Schultz.

“Matt Schultz is a winner. He knows what it takes to win the Iowa Caucus. Our team is thrilled to have Matt join our grassroots movement. I’m excited to have his support as we work as a team to earn a victory in Iowa,” said Ramaswamy.

Schultz joins former Iowa State Senate President Jake Chapman to lead Ramaswamy’s caucus efforts in the Hawkeye State.  This announcement follows State Senator Scott Webster, R-Bettendorf, endorsing Vivek Ramaswamy for President.
